Shipping Methods
Our carriers include UPS AND FEDEX.
Standard Delivery - Ships within 5 to 12 days.
If you have not received your package within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund excluding costs. Initial shipping fee (This means you will only receive the purchase price of the item excluding what you paid for shipping). Return shipping costs will be for the buyer.
The product must be in the condition you received it in and in its original box and/or packaging.
Compensation:
Once your order is received and inspected by fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed.
Note:
A. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
B. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.
